The experience at Hendy Van Store Portsmouth was ok because the staff are friendly and do not pressurise customers however the valeting on this vehicle (my 3rd from this location) was a little ‘sketchy’ furthermore I have found a brake light snag that should have easily been spotted prior to my pick up. Please also note it is very hard to contact anyone in the showroom

My experience with Hendy Van Store Portsmouth has been disappointing so far. When I purchased my van we agreed on a date for collection, 10 days time. However that ended up being three weeks. I was reassured that the delay was to ensure the vehicle would be in the best possible condition. I appreciated that explanation at the time.

However, just one week after collecting the van, I emailed Hendy with concerns about a potential engine fault and received no response. A week later, the engine warning light came on. Since then, communication from Hendy has been extremely poor. Despite calling to report the issue, I’ve now been waiting five days for the van to even be assessed, with no reassurance that the issue will be resolved.
